For Sale By Owner (FSBO)
At some point in the selling process, most people consider selling their property on their own. While selling as a FSBO (For Sale By Owner) may initially seem like a good idea, homeowners should know that in the end they will rarely net the same amount as a professional Real Estate agent. Even after factoring in an agent's fees, when you consider the length of time it takes to sell as a FSBO, qualifying buyers and all of the other work necessary to sell a property, it usually ends up making a Real Estate agent a worthwhile investment.
In the following pages, I will provide a useful guide to selling your property as a FSBO. Keep in mind however, it is a fact that eight out of ten (FSBO) sellers eventually choose a Real Estate agent to list and sell their property. By offering this FSBO help-guide, I hope that if you do end up choosing a Realtor to assist in selling your Cape Cod property, you'll choose me.
